Before mobility:

Our courses are described in http://www.iescaura.com/index.php/formacion-profesional where we will be willing to publish the whole information related to the mobility periods, so as, which requisites the students have to satisfy. All our courses are taught in Spanish.

Our institution is only interested in student credit mobility at short cycle levels between participating countries for traineeships (work placements) in enterprises.

Those students willing to participate in mobility programs and provided they have a tutor will be ascribed to a company for their traineeship so that they can perform the training and complete the on the job training module. Our sending institution will take several commitments such as: Define placement objectives in terms of the skills and competencies to be developed. Choose the appropriate target country, host organisation and placement content. Select participants and prepare them. Establish a contract including a training agreement whose contents are transparent for all parties involved and manage transport, accommodation, visa/work permit arrangements and social security cover and insurance. Also the Host institution, will take other commitments such as :Negotiate a tailor-made training programme for each participant.

Establish appropriate communication channels for all parties and evaluate the progress of the project on an on-going basis and take appropiate actions,if required.

In order to agree with the principles of the Charter, our Institution should clearly indicate the minimum linguistic level to take the mobility suitably. Students should be encouraged by the sending institution to get some official degree in English.

If some student don't have any official certificate, they will be evaluated by some English teacher in order to assess the level of English of the participants.

Besides, the sending institution should demand their participants a minimum proficiency level at the hosting institution language.

Our institution should make aware our students for the practical, professional and cultural life of the host country through readings and information about host institution.

During Mobility:

Representatives from the High school will do technical visits to the host organisation and companies to make the arrangements necessary for the work placements and agreements upon the terms of their cooperation.

Each beneficiary, according to his/her studies, will have a specific working programme with detailed information about job tasks in the company.

A work placement contract will be written up between the sending institution and the company as a compulsory requirement for any Advanced Vocational Training student doing work placement.

A member of the company will be designated as a tutor to follow up with students and fill in the evaluation forms such as the Vocational Advanced Training Record and Europass Mobility Document.

After Mobility:

The sending institution will recognize the hours that the participants have made in the foreign company.

If the number of hours are significantly lower than those required by the curriculum in Spain, the student will have to do the remaining hours in a Spanish company.

The participant will submit a report in the specified format, together with requested supporting documentation in respect of costs, at the end of the placement .

The web link is a suitable and common tool to guarentee the quality of mobility and transparency of recognition procedures.

In the same way the web will show the students experiences in order to encourage the other students to take this opportunity.

Our web is http://www.iescaura.com/

We are interested in students mobility. For this, it is highly recommended to achieve sucesfully the commitment training placements, if it was necessary, some teacher could visit the participant in the foreign country in order to improve the communication and relationships between parts, as well as, know first-hand the way of working in a foreign company.

This could be the starting point to establish an knowledge alliance between foreign organisations or enterprises in order to improve the teacher's learning.
